I have severe arthritis in my hands, a trigger finger, and following a nasty fall ( breaking my right wrist) I have now got a distorted wrist which cannot be set. I was so frustrated not to be able to write with a pen without the pain becoming too much. I have always kept a diary and write all my own cards etc. This ring-pen is a real life changer and I am back to being able to do more of the things I want to do

Crutches are really good, the cuff and the comfort grip handles are comfortable to use and they are lighter than other crutch brands too. Have had a few issues on wet surfaces as described in the item listing with the foot slipping so greater care is needed but the flexyfoot is much superior to a standard one. Will mention that you need to check the height range as I'm 5 foot 3 in and cannot adjust them any shorter than last pin, it's something I didn't consider before purchase, my fault. Overall good item

Good sturdy, substantial chair for my husband in the shower. He as Parkinson’s and is also awaiting a knee replacement so is unable to stand in the shower. Folds up (although we can’t get it completely flat) for storage. Perfect for his needs.

These seat covers are truly amazing. I only leak now and again when I cough and it's so tiring having to keep changing covers but these absorb and you continue to feel dry and the chair seat remains dry. Very comfortable to sit on, no nasty smells. Absolutely perfect for saving embarrassing moments and they wash really well. Definitely recommend.

This waling stick with hand rest is a game changer for me.It is so very comfortable to walk with and my hand no longer feels as though it is in a cramp ,don't need to grip quite so strongly as support is there for my hand,very easy to adjust to my required height and has made a massive difference to my comfort when out walking.Highly recommend essential aids ,well worth a try at the very good value prices for all of thier disability aids

Bought these for my father to raise his arm chair. They are a good colour match with the chair legs, are stable and unlike the plastic ones with cross bars easy to hoover under the chair. Great price and the 3 holes meant we were able to find a good fit for the legs.

This is an incredibly comfortable cushion for full time use but be aware that it will slide if you have an open back box frame. There's no velcro etc to stick it to the seat hence the 4 stars. It's also super sweaty so I highly advise a cover if you can.

I love this item. I’m not able to bend for 6 weeks, following a hip operation, so this shower sandal has been very useful. It has suction pads on the bottom to keep it secure and the brushes on the base make your feet feel really clean. I would recommend this item

I bought two of these for taking to cafes, travelling on buses, trains, park benches etc. to help avoid triggering my coccyx pain from an injury many years ago. They are lightweight, not bulky, easy to clean, and nice soft covers. Also work well at home on soft furnishings like my sofa or armchair, also use it on my dinning chair when eating if required.

I bought this for my father who struggles to lift his left leg since having a stroke. His posture is much better using this and he is walking more upright. The tetrapod feet give him much more stability. I'd highly recommend it, it's easy to adjust the height and light weight but strong.

The matting has not been laid yet. Bought to make the bathroom floor safer for my husband, but he was admitted to hospital before it arrived. As soon as we know when he’s going to be discharged, it will be laid. We know it will be good because we have been in other places where this type of flooring has been used for safety

Bought 3 on offer at a great price. These one handle lightweight mugs are great for my mum who has the shakes. It means she can make a cuppa and take it with her into the living room with no spills, and with the spout it’s easy to drink from and again no spillage. Would buy again.

I was dubious that it would keep my plaster cast dry, but have used it a few times and it seems to have done so. It is easy enough to get on, but is very large to wear and a bit cumbersome, but as it is one size, that's understandable. It is a bit more tricky to get off, whilst keeping the plaster dry, but have discovered if you towel it down, before removing it, it helps to reduce any potential wetting of the laster

My husbands Occupational Therapist ordered a shower seat for him from the NHS but it was too wide for the sliding door shower enclosure so I was relieved to find this perching stool that is suitable for getting wet as there is no padding in the seat. It is ideal for my husband as he is unsteady on his feet.
