I purchased this set to raise my bed because the local occupational therapy team were unable to supply blocks which were large enough inside to accommodate the bed legs. The bed legs were 70 mm square and fitted into these raiser blocks perfectly. I only used the lower set of the eight for this. The blocks are strong and well made and wide enough at the base to be stable on the floor.

Very happy but would recommend the swivel attachment (sold separately) if the user has severe mobility problems. especially lower back. Ready out of box, just needed to charge battery for 60mins prior to first use.

I got told about the washable bed pads. So I thought I would try them. Brilliant idea having the wings to tuck in. I was using the orderly ones for my husband bed but never kept still. I would recommend them as they're the best things i have brought. Save keeping washing the sheet everyday.

Really pleased with the product and the good value compared to other sites. If possible it would be good in the future to be given a rough delivery date at the outset - I had to ring after 10 days to chase order. It arrived 2 working days later / but it would have been better to know at point of order - a rough delivery date. Many thanks tho for quality product!!

These are very handy for holding tea/coffee/hot drinks in, without the risk of the user spilling them. The spout has a couple of holes in which work well for dispensing the liquid (rather than one large hole which can sometimes mean the liquid comes out too quick). They're dishwasher safe too.

The angled rail is fitted horizontal I can rest my wrist while holding the angled rail giving more support, again with the ribbed sections improving the hand grip much better than metal rails. the service is very good I recommend these rails.

I’ve been buying these grab rails for a lot of years. There more comfortable to lean against and hold onto especially if your hands are wet, no slip I have them in 5 places in my wet room good value quick to arrive and easy to install my daughter who is quite disabled feels safer using prima grab rails.

This quite a large kettle because of the cradle which holds it. It is easy to use but I cannot rate it as outstanding as I find it almost impossible to read the water level marks. The manufacturer should bear in mind that this kettle is attractive in particular to the elderly, many of whom have problems with their eyesight.

Good price, right size for our maybe slightly smaller than average 6 year old on one of the middle extension settings. Light and so easy enough for him to move while he can’t put weight on his broken leg. More stable than crutches. We didn’t need four wheels as it’s a hop he has to do, not continuous walking, so the two wheels are great as he doesn’t have to pick up the whole thing to move it, but can lift and slide it forward before dropping it down to be stable to hop forward. Colour makes everyone smile!

Bought for someone prone to falling despite multiple hand rails in a wetroom to provide extra security and improve confidence. Good design fits over back to wall wc and comes fully assembled, apart from foot rest, so should be easier to clean than more complicated designs. Sturdy and solid.

I Ordered 'small' and when they arrived it was easy to move the slots to the correct places for my height. I would never be able to use the modern NHS arm crutches as I am not strong enough, so I'm relieved that one can still get hold of these sensible ones.

Easy to hold. In great colours. Would have given 5* if they had been slightly bigger. My elderly parents (one with dementia) use them all the time. Not used the lids yet or put hot liquid in them but these can be used for hot drinks.
