Delivery
The vast majority of orders placed before 1pm are normally dispatched on the same day.
Typically, delivery is within one or two working days but please allow three to five working days from the time of your order.
Occasional delays caused by items going out of stock are possible, but we work hard to keep these instances to a minimum.
If you do not hear from us within a week of placing your order, please feel free to get in touch.
Most orders are dispatched by Royal Mail and Parcelforce. If there is no-one safe to leave a parcel, they will require someone to be in to accept your delivery. Other couriers like UPS, DX, FedEx, DPD and Pallet companies may also be used.
FREE Delivery for Baskets over £49.99 *
When your basket reaches more than £49.99, the delivery charge is FREE *. A £4.99 delivery charge is applicable to baskets totalling £49.99 and under. This charge is the same regardless of the number of items on the order and helps to cover the cost of picking, packing, carriage and the packaging for your order.

Larger Items and Delivery Options
Larger items like hoists, beds, riser recliners and road scooters are often sold with Delivery options which are defined as follows:
Free Delivery: This covers the more accessible areas of mainland Britain - please see below for locations that are exceptions to this. The delivery will either be on a pallet or from a large box delivery specialist. The delivery person will neither be insured nor qualified to enter your premises which means it will be delivered outside of your property. Please make sure you have the means to take the goods in as soon as the delivery arrives.
Room of Choice: This is where we use a specialist delivery company where they are qualified and insured to enter your premises and will deliver to a room of choice. The room needs to be easily accessible with a large item. We are sorry but we cannot offer this service to Northern Ireland and Islands as below. The price shown covers the more accessible areas of mainland Britain and there will be a higher fee shown after entering your address in the checkout for the following postcodes that are on the mainland: KW, IV, AB, PA, PH, SA, PL, TR.
Full Installation in your Room of Choice: This is for complete peace of mind and a popular choice. This is where we use specialists trained in healthcare equipment who are also qualified and insured to enter your premises and will deliver to a room of choice. Our professional delivery partner will deliver to an accessible room of choice, set up your item, test it and demonstrate it to you. Unfortunately, we cannot offer this service to Northern Ireland and Islands as below. For the following postcodes that are on the mainland: KW, IV, AB, PA, PH, SA, PL, TR, there will be a higher fee shown after entering your address in the checkout.

We are working hard to make sure everyone in the UK can receive their orders as cheaply as possible. There are some areas that can cost us more to deliver, and as we like to keep our prices for all items low and offer great value for money to everyone, we do sometimes need to ask for a little extra to cover delivery costs.
If we can use Royal Mail to send your item, then there's no extra fee to any of our customers, including those in Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands. Small items qualify for Free Delivery on baskets over £49.99 wherever you are.
For a large item like a shower commode chair, hoist or a bed, please allow an additional pallet charge of £50 for deliveries to the mainland versions of the KW, IV, AB, PA, PH, SA, PL, TR postcodes or an extra £100 for deliveries to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands or other islands of the UK. Unfortunately, we cannot offer the Room of Choice and Full Installation delivery options to Northern Ireland and Islands. For the following postcodes that are on the mainland: KW, IV, AB, PA, PH, SA, PL, TR, there will be a higher fee shown after entering your address in the checkout for the Room of Choice and Full Installation options. We are always happy to liaise with your local service engineers or can help to find the right support if needed.
