Very happy with item

Review by W. kirk Posted on 03/02/2025 20:44:03For £38 this is excellent value, I bought it for my 93 year old father, when he occasionally visits, now that he cannot manage my stairs. i like the idea I can fold it down and put it in a cupboard out of sight when not needed, but it's still sturdy enough for my father push himself up from it . my only gripe, is that there is no cover for the seat. So pot has to be emptied every time commode is used, which is a bit tedious for those who have to do the job! -

Not so, it is well made and strong and folds easily. I have sat on it to check how stable it feels and it is very good with no flexing so I have total confidence in using it. Highly recommend. -

Review by Replacement hip operation person Posted on 21/03/2024 16:58:44My husband is about to have a replacement hip operation and though we realise he will be encouraged to walk up and downstairs very soon after- our stairs are deep and steep between the toilet on the first floor and the sitting room on the ground floor and we thought keeping that folding commode downstairs for emergencies would be sensible. It folds easily and close together and is covered neatly by a large black bin bag under our stairs and it was a very reasonable price. What not to like even if it’s not in use for long?
