Essential aids were easy to deal with and my order arrived very quickly and as described perfectly. The price was extremely reasonable. My only gripe was the box it came in only had one piece of sellotape sealing it which wasn’t adequate enough due to the heavy item moving around in the box and the post office put two elastic bands round it to prevent it from coming open, otherwise everything else was spot on and would definitely use again and recommend from my experience. -
