The popular EZ Adjustable Bed Rail works to keep the person rolling out of bed and also as a support aid.
It is adjustable in length and at the touch of button can fold down.
This makes for easy adjustment and ideal for a carer who might need fast access to a patient.
The 'quick release' feature is also useful if the occupant wants to swing their legs down without fuss or removing the rail.
The length of the EZ Adjustable Bed Rail can be adjusted to 660mm (26 inches), 863mm (34 inches) or 1066mm (42 inches).
This bed rail is compatible with both slatted and divan beds.
Weight: 6.35kg (1 stone).
Height of rail from base: 584mm (23 inches).

Fit for purpose

The adjustable bed rail is easy to assemble and attach to the bed .it is well constructed and acts as a control measure to reduce falling from bed. It can be raised with the use of 2 levers when in bed and lowered when getting out of bed .the levers are a little difficult to manipulate initially but become easier with practice. We have put a pillow in front of the metal rails to reduce the possibility of injury when sleeping. It is proving to be an asset in reducing risks associated with older age.

I ordered the adjustable ez bed rail for my elderly father at approx 1.30pm one day and the bed rail was delivered to my parent on the following morning using your standard delivery service. My father is over the moon with the product which is extremely well made and does the job it is intended for. Well done essentialaids.

Review by N Jones Posted on 09/09/2015I am more than happy to give a five star review for the adjustable bed rail I recently purchased. My husband had begun to fall out of bed occasionally resulting in my having to call for help as I could not lift him up. The fact that it expands to fit the length of the bed and also drops down when he is going to bed and when he is getting up in the morning makes it absolutely invaluable. I simply couldn’t manage without it, for me and for my husband the adjustable bed rail really is an essential aid.

Gives a sense of security
Review by L Witton Posted on 19/02/2013We purchased this ez adjustable bed rail with pouch for my father and he is very pleased with it as it gives him a sense of security, as he had rolled out of bed on two occasions. The only slight problem was that he found it difficult to lean over and pull the rail up once he was on the bed. He solved this by attaching a length of string to the rail with which he can pull it into place. It seems a well-designed product which suits its purpose very well.
