This Auto Mobility Solution features the Handybar and Swivel Cushion together in one pack.
Handy Bar
The Handy Bar makes it easier for a user to get in and out of a car.
The support bar has a soft grip, non-slip handle which is made from strong steel.
It creates a secure solid support handle just where it is needed.
The Handy Bar fits easily to the majority of vehicles via the 'U-shaped striker'.
The U-shaped striker plate is one of the strongest parts of the vehicle and is designed to keep car doors closed in the event of a side collision.
The striker is present on each of the vehicle’s door pillars allowing the Handybar to be used on both driver and passenger side-doors.
The Handy Bar also incorporates a Seat Belt Cutter and Glass Breaker to help leave a vehicle quickly and easily in the event of an accident.
Swivel Cushion
The Swivel Cushion is a rotating seat pad for use on car seats as well as chairs and beds.
It allows the user to swivel smoothly on the spot, making it much easier to exit the car, removing the usual twisting.

Review by Elizabeth Unwin Posted on 25/08/2022It's a little early to tell. my husband who has dementia struggles getting in and out of the car. unfortunately he is suspicious of the handle so won't use it yet. hopefully he will soon get used to it, as it will be great help.

Brilliant aid
Review by W Miller Posted on 22/05/2014I ordered the auto mobility solution for my mother who is housebound with myasthenia gravis and chronic arthritis. She knew she might not need the cushion yet, however the door handle - or lethal weapon as we call it!! Is brilliant. She can now manage much better to get from her wheelchair into and out of the car. We have also recommended the item to a friend of hers. It fits well in my car (peugeot partner) - not quite so well in my sisters but she can still use it.
