Review by H A'court Posted on 14/01/2015Firstly, customer service was excellent as I had to phone for a replacement as the first stick that arrived had snapped in the post but there was no problem and another was sent out very quickly. The dressing stick was for my mum who has severe rheumatoid arthritis (in fact we both have it), she finds it invaluable as it gives her independence and confidence to do things herself, especially her coat. The dressing stick is good value for money, easy to use and it is light. It also has its own hanging hook and can be placed anywhere near by for easy reach.
