Product Details

Our Sock/Stocking Aid can be used to aid in putting on socks and stockings.

A long handle removes the need to reach down to the feet, making it perfect for elderly or disabled people that struggle to do so.

A specially shaped plastic trough is inserted into the mouth of the sock to create an opening.

The foot can be placed through this opening and into the sock.

Once this is achieved, the Sock/Stocking Aid can be removed and the foot remains inside the sock.

Length: 910mm (36 inches).

    Really pleased with it, making it alot easier putting my socks on. I'm waiting for a hip replacement and can't bend down to put socks on. I would definitely recommend to other people who find it difficult to put socks on.

    Found this item helpful in putting on socks as osteoarthritis in my hip and knee made it impossible to lift my right leg up enough to reach my foot properly. The item works but could be smaller and more flexible - perhaps offer two size options for customer choice.

    Bought because I have just had a hip operation and tested it out on my good leg first to ensure I was it worked properly. it took me a couple of goes before I got the technique right to pull on my socks.
