This range of Amefa Adapted Cutlery has been ergonomically designed to give the elderly, people with gripping difficulties or those with a limited range of motion in the wrist, more confidence when eating at the table, thus extending and improving independent living.
This high quality adaptive cutlery was created by Danish designer Karin Schou Andersen and has proven itself since the 1980’s. These adaptive eating utensils are manufactured from Light weight high grade stainless steel and need less strength from the user to achieve the perfect result. The cutlery has a durable, hard wearing design and features solid black, easy to hold, curved handles.
Within the Amefa range there are forks and spoons available for both for left and right hand users, along with a rocker knife or a straight handled knife to allow a full choice for the user.
