This Cup Rue Dysphagia is specifically designed for people who have difficulty swallowing.
It dispenses a pre-set amount of liquid with each use, preventing situations where too much liquid enters the mouth.
The amount can be set from 3-15ml, and to 'refill' and make the Cup Rue Dysphagia ready for use it need only be placed in an upright position.
The two large, open handles make the cup easy to grip, even for people with grasping issues.
A nose cut-out means the cup can be used without tilting the head back, making it useful for people with neck mobility issues.
It can be cleaned in a dishwasher and is suitable for warm and cold drinks of water or light-syrup consistency.
