She folks using a small bottle and has the independence of being able to make her own drinks still. So easy to use, no more scolded fingers.

We bought it for my 92 year old mum who has arthritis, numbness and a tremor in her hands and was struggling to lift and pour a conventional kettle safely. This new kettle in its ingenious cradle means she can now safely and easily make her own cups of tea again. It is so light and easy to use. It was easy to order online and arrived much more quickly than we expected. Thank you.
