Review by T Connolly Posted on 29/01/2015The large non slip mat is a valuable piece of equipment that is regularly with our learners, especially those who find it difficult to grip mixing bowls, pans, etc. During the preparation stages of the food being cooked. The learners like using this as it allows them to use both hands at the same time and not worry about the bowl moving around the work surface.
