Helpful and patient customer services (i find I can get quite kerfuffled over the smallest of things these days) and the product itself is excellent. it is the second one of such covers I have which is of a good size and fits comfortably over the seats and backs of both my large wheelchairs (they're not just for scooters), thus protecting them and keeping them dry in wet weather so that I can still sit on the chair indoors after removing the cover.
