As it is extremely important for a person suffering from any kind of dementia to take a daily walk - in the wheel chair or pushing it - I was rather preoccupied about how to keep my dear wife warm and dried on these winter days; your "wheel-chair cosy" has solved that problem efficiently and at a reasonable price. I am very satisfied with it.
