Product Details
Our Extra Strong Bariatric Wheelchair is made from reinforced steel with cross bracing.
This makes it very sturdy and capable of safely supporting users weighing up to 200kg (32 stone).
The nylon seat and backrest are also strengthened to cater to larger and heavier individuals.
With these features, the Extra Strong Bariatric Wheelchair is perfect for heavier users that require a wheelchair.
It has rear push handles for attendant propulsion.
To facilitate side transfers on and off the chair, the armrests are 'desk' length, meaning they are less obtrusive.
The dual footrests can also be swung out of the way when moving on and off the chair.
With 30cm (12 inches) solid rear tyres, the Extra Strong Bariatric Wheelchair gives a secure and smooth ride.
A stepper tube helps the attendant when mounting kerbs and steps.

Houghton Posted on 10/07/2024I had to buy this item ourselves as we recently found out that my husband no longer has a occupation therapist and we needed a wheelchair for hospital appointments has he carnt walk long distances due to his illness .iv bought a couple of items from you and theyv both been top quality iv ever seen im not guna lie iv looked on other companies websites but this is the only company iv got exactly what iv wanted at a good price and excellent quality I wouldn't go anywhere else now for my items.
