Sykes Posted on 18/09/2024 16:36:12The item I ordered did not take long to arrive and I was able to track the path of delivery. it was quite easy to assemble the tri-walker and the person for whom I bought it was able to use it straight away to good effect. the tri -walker folds up so that it can be placed in the car and it is sturdy, although lightweight, and it has made difference to the person's mobility and added to his confidence when walking outside of the house. -

Then for more than a fortnight I heard nothing. When I ordered from you I got an immediate response and even a phone call. Top marks already. Then the walker arrived next day. Wow! Great service. By mistake I received 2 walkers. When I told essential aids they said I should keep the 2nd frame and give it to charity or someone else in need. Can you believe that!! It is such a generous thing to do and fits entirely with the spirit of our current crisis. Thanks. Essential aids you are brilliant.
