The Oxford Presence Hoist is a high quality, heavy duty, mobile hoist that is capable of dealing with almost any type of patient transfer thanks to a number of key features that make this hoist an outstanding all round performer.

Designed with the larger and bariatric user in mind, the Oxford Presence Hoist boasts an exceptional lifting capacity of 227 kgs (35 st) due to its strong, robust construction and ergonomically considered hoist action. Furthermore, the hoist has an outstanding lifting range of movement with a minimum height, with the six point spreader bar, of just 440mm (17.5'') that ensures excellent off the floor transfers, going all the way up to 1910mm (75'') if access to higher surfaces if required.

The Oxford Presence Hoist has an easy to operate user friendly hand set that controls the quiet, gentle lifting action for a comfortable and safe transfer and also powers the opening and closing of the hoist's legs. The legs themselves are of a unique 'swan neck' leg design that allows better access when encountering large, cumbersome obstacles like chairs, wheelchairs or commodes.

Manoeuvrability and control of the hoist is achieved thanks to the well positioned castors and over sized push handle allowing the carer to move the hoist with ease during transfers minimising the risk of injury to both the carer and the user.
