This Paediatric Multi Podus® Ankle Orthotic aids in the treatment of ankle and foot contractures and drop foot.
It also lessens the negative consequences of extended bed rest.
The useful features include a rotational bar to control leg and hip movement and a Kodel synthetic sheepskin liner.
A version with foam lining is also available if extra comfort is required.
When wearing the Paediatric Multi Podus® Ankle Orthotic the heel is effectively floating, with no pressure being applied.
A hook and loop clasp is used to secure it in place.
