Product Details
The Lerman Minerva Cervical Orthosis provides stabilisation for the cervical and upper thoracic spine.
It inhibits extension, flexion, rotation and lateral movement of the head and neck.
This makes it useful for post-trauma and surgery patients, as well as those with nerve impingement, spondylitis and rheumatoid arthritis.
It consists of front and rear shells connected by a shoulder and chest harness in addition to jaw and forehead supports.
The jaw support features a trachea opening for emergencies and is adjustable for fit and comfort.
A head support on the rear shell adds additional stability.
The design of the Lerman Minerva Cervical Orthosis means it can be worn during MRI scans.
