Product Details
This Rocker Board can be used to exercise the ankle muscles and tendons.
It allows the user to extend and flex the ankle and thus strengthen the joint and surrounding soft tissue.
People who have weak legs or who are post-injury or surgery may find it useful.
The wooden non-slip top surface ensures a secure grip for the feet.
A wooden semicircular section on the bottom allows the Rocker Board to rock back and forth.
