Essential Aids offers a standard one-year warranty period on mobility scooters sold through essentialaids.com.

Customers wishing to return scooters during the first two weeks after sale may do so but are obliged to cover the cost of returning the item and a 15% restocking fee.

Delivery

Delivery of mobility scooters typically takes a week to ten days from the point of order.

We wil notify you if there is a delay which is likely to exceed this.
