    Very pleased with my purchase. It looks like an ordinary bedroom chair and nobody would guess it is really a commode! I have a small victorian house with a downstairs bathroom and now i'm older it saves me going downstairs in the middle of the night!

    Customer service polite and helpful. Chair maybe small for the larger framed patient but the catalogue description is accurate. the chair was bought in anticipation and will hopefully not be used but at the offered price reduction, it was an opportunity not to be missed.
