With a steel frame, the Drive S1 Wheelchair is a sturdy and strong option.

It can support users who weigh up to 115kg (18 stone) whilst remaining relatively lightweight.

This, combined with a folding design allows the Drive S1 Wheelchair to be stored more easily, and transported in a car boot.

The padded upholstery on the seat and backrest offers comfort and is easy to clean.

Padding also features on the supportive side armrests.

A pair of footrests give the user greater lower limb stability and can also aid in repositioning whilst seated.

These can also be swung out of the way to make transferring in and out of the Drive S1 Wheelchair easier, and height adjusted.

Both self-propelled and transit versions of the Drive S1 Wheelchair are available.

The self propelled model has larger rear mag wheels with handrails, whereas the transit has small, solid wheels.

They both have rear push handles and foot-operated parking brakes.

A rear steeper tube is also included, making kerb and step climbing with the assistance of an attendant easier.
