It can be used whilst sitting down, making it suitable for elderly and disabled people and those who are unsteady on their feet.
Exercising with the Aidapt Motorised Electric Mini Exercise Bike will strengthen muscles, improve endurance and increase circulation.
It has a digital display that shows the elapsed time, number of revolutions and calories burned.
This can be controlled with a remote control, removing the need to bend over to reach the display.
The pedals are shaped to be comfortable for the feet and can also fit into the hands to enable upper body exercise.

Review by M. phillip fisher Posted on 28/08/2024Very good piece of equipment, very sturdy good settings (not very easy to use on the bed wobbles alot but on the floor very solid) shows distance calories used if you stop peddling for any reason after about 2 seconds of trying to rotate it shuts down very safe, but very sorry to say the power lead is very short about 1 meter in length so if like me very limited plugs and not near to were yo want to use it a extion lead is required, reasonable leads are about £15 to £20 so was good I didn't have to pay the vat due too ill heath over all quite happy.
