Product Details
The E-Z Exer Board is an exercise device for the hand and fingers.
Suction cups on the base hold it in place during use and an exercise manual is included.
The following movements can be trained on the E-Z Exer Board: Finger extension/flexion and lateral prehension, forearm pronation/supination and wrist flexion/extension.
