The Clinical Hand Exercise Ball is a comfortable, exercise ball that allows users to easily improve strength and grip in the user's hands and fingers.
These balls offer resistance training and can be simply squeezed before returning back to their original shape.
Each of these balls is colour coded to make it easier to identify which ball the user requires for their strength progression.
Available in soft, firm or in a set of five.

Review by Carla Yue Posted on 08/02/2013 11:58:35I work as a rehab specialist in ford transmissions and use the gel ball hand exercisers quite a lot with my patients as our biggest injuries are medical and lateral epicondylitis which effects the hand grip. The gel balls are brilliant as they have different strengths to progress the patients through the rehab. 5 out 5 for the products I have used and would use again.
