The high degree of spring in this cushion allows it to utilise the users own body weight to help the user rise to a standing position with far less effort than usually required.
The easy rise cushion has a specially layered foam that gives it a natural spring to gently raise the user to a standing position as they lean forward and their body weight shifts.
It is very simple an remarkably effective and having no moving parts to go wrong, it should provide many years of reliable service.
The cushions' multiple layers of foam provide excellent comfort and also raise the effective height of the seat or chair by 100mm (4") and this, in itself, also acts as a useful aid to standing.
