   I have arthritis in my hands & couldn't grip a knife properly, these knives have made a huge difference (i'm still getting used to them). My food isn't getting hacked to death as much now lol . Seem to be nice and sharp but only time will tell if they hold up to the job. But, for now i'm very happy ??
