Jolly good.

So far, i've used this on steaks ( like cutting butter), bread ( thin slices and thick ) and carrots ( ok but I prefer a smaller knife for vegetables ). The handle is comfortable. I'm really pleased with this knife. -

I have never found anything of this size so easy to work with. I have struggled over the years with ordinary long handled knives - without much success. This is a game changer for me. -
