Unlike most disposable gloves, such as natural rubber, nitrile does not contain any latex proteins which makes it ideal for individuals who suffer with allergies or sensitive skin.
Providing superior puncture resistance and excellent barrier protection against chemicals and other contaminants, nitrile gloves also offer better tactile sensitivity compared with their latex counterparts, while assuring a secure fit and extended durability. Perfect for use in medical applications such as patient care, examination, tending minor wounds or taking health measurements such as blood pressure readings; for safety assurance, nitrile gloves have been tested to AQL 1.5 standards and confirmed for EN455 Parts 1, 2, 3 & 4 ratings, as well as MDD 93/42/EEC (Medical Devices Directive) and EN374-2 standards set by the European Safety Authority.
